(along with herbal treatment) Yoga is a powerful tool for healing the body and calming the mind. After 20 years of practicing qi gong and 7 practicing tai chi Bonnie returned to yoga (along with herbal treatment) to heal the last vestiges of Lyme disease and found that everything benefitted. This began a commitment to share yoga as a healing tool that is appropriate when made suitable, for anyone, in any condition, at any age. yoga helps the body to heal itself.
Originally yoga was taught one on one and the practice designed for the individual needs of the person. I am offering private sessions for this purpose. Bonnie also teaches a class called Yoga for Healing at Community Yoga in Greenfield on Friday mornings 9-10:30AM. workshops are available periodically for intensive study of certain conditions or common issues. Check Community Yoga website. All that is needed is a sincere desire to heal and a willingness to practice and one can benefit. |
